We have had many requests for our recipes so we've included one of our favorites here for you to try.
Our menu and specials change from time to time but our Orange Vinaigrette Salad Dressing is a favorite that continues to please and the requests keep on coming in.
Orange Balsamic
Vinaigrette Dressing
Ingredients for approximately 30 servingsBalsamic Vinegar - 3/4 cup:
Orange Juice - 3/4cup
Sugar - White 1/3 cup
Pepper , black, ground - 1/4 tsp
Olive Oil - 4 cups
Place Balasamic Vinegar, Orange Juice, Sugar and pepper in Food processor with slicing blade. Process until well blended.
With Processor on, very slowly drizzle in olive oil in a steady stream. Process until it is thick and creamy.
Refrigerate until ready to use. Remove from refrigerator 1/2 hour before using. Blend again just before using.
